How do I find my size?
We recommend measuring your foot length in centimetres and using our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. Sneaker sizing can vary by brand, so always check the size chart on each product page.
Do sneakers run true to size?
Most sneakers on our store run true to size. If a particular style runs large or small, we mention it in the product description. When in doubt, size up — especially for wider feet.
What if my size is between two sizes?
We recommend going up to the next size for a more comfortable fit. You can also refer to our Size Guide for detailed guidance.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unworn and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
For orders within India, standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within India is free for all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have a nominal fee of ₹300. International shipping starts at ₹1,800.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please visit our Returns Policy page for step-by-step instructions.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover the return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- EMI options
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for most pin codes in India
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All transactions are secured by Razorpay's industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.
