2. Eligibility

•        You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

•        You will provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.

3. Products & Pricing

Sneaker Stations sells authentic men's and women's footwear. All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

•        We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices without prior notice.

•        Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product colour may vary slightly due to screen settings.

•        In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you may choose to cancel or confirm the order at the corrected price.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and confirmed.

•        We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.

•        COD orders are subject to availability based on your delivery pin code.

•        We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks — is the property of Sneaker Stations or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
