Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 2026 | Consumer Protection Act, 2019

1. Our Commitment

At Sneaker Stations, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and refund process in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

        The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

        The product is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

        The original invoice/receipt is available.

        The item is not listed under "Non-Returnable Items" (see Section 5).

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

        Email us at support@sneakerstations.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product.

        Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

        If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (for eligible pin codes) or provide instructions for self-shipping.

        Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

4.1 Prepaid Orders

        Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).

        Processing time: 5–7 business days after return inspection.

        Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 days.

4.2 COD Orders

        Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI).

        You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID when initiating the return.

4.3 Store Credit

        At your request, refunds may be issued as Sneaker Stations store credit / gift voucher, which can be used on your next purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

        Products that have been worn, used, or washed.

        Items with removed tags, labels, or original packaging damaged by the customer.

        Products purchased during special sale events marked as "Final Sale" or "No Return".

        Socks, insoles, and other hygiene-sensitive accessories.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange:

        A free replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

        A full refund to your original payment method.

We bear the reverse shipping cost for all defective/incorrect product cases.

7. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible products. To request an exchange:

        Initiate the return as described in Section 3, and specify the size you need.

        Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

        If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

        Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

        Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

        To cancel, email us or use the cancel option in your account (if available).

8.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

        If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

        You may initiate a return once the order is delivered.

9. Shipping Charges on Returns

        If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product): we bear all shipping costs.

        If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, size issue, etc.): reverse shipping cost of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

10. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
