Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Timeframes
2.1 Standard Delivery
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.
• Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 7–10 business days.
2.2 Express Delivery
• Available for select pin codes at an additional charge.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
• Express shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
• Express delivery charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling charge of ₹29.
4. Delivery Partners
We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Shiprocket, and India Post. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location for optimal speed and reliability.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID on our website or the courier partner's website to track real-time delivery status.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible pin codes across India.
• Maximum order value for COD: ₹10,000.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay.
• In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
7. Delivery Failures & Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address, mobile number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing an order. Sneaker Stations is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Recipient unavailable after 3 delivery attempts.
• Restricted access to the delivery location.
In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
8. Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, peak seasons, or other events beyond our control. We will proactively notify you of any significant delays.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Sneaker Stations ships within India only. We do not support international deliveries at this time.
